Cisdem Focus blocks distracting apps and websites on Mac during your planned focus time, helping you increase focus and productivity. It offers four options to start a focus session, allowing you to start a one-time focus session right away, or plan focus sessions with a Pomodoro timer or by scheduling.
1. Create Focus Plans
- Use a general focus plan, or create focus plans for different tasks.
- Set up each plan (e.g., add distracting apps and websites to block, schedule focus sessions, etc.).
- When a plan is running, distractions are blocked.
2. Offer 4 Options to Start Focus Plans
- Quick Start: Start a one-time focus session, with a countdown timer.
- Pomodoro: Run the plan based on the Pomodoro timer.
- Block as Scheduled: Run the plan based on the focus sessions scheduled.
- Launch Limit: Distracting apps and websites get blocked once a daily limit reached.
3. Offer 3 Modes
- Default mode: Allow you to stop a focus plan at any time.
- Password mode: Require a password to stop a plan early or access Cisdem Focus’ preferences.
- Hardcore mode: Impossible to stop a plan early or access preferences when a plan is running.
4. Block Distracting Apps and Websites
- Block specific apps.
- Block websites by URL, keyword, or category.
- Also let you block all websites except allowed ones.
5. Give Statistics on App and Website Usage
- Track how much time is spent on each app/website daily, weekly, etc.
- Track how many times each app/website is launched daily, weekly, etc.
- Track how many times Cisdem Focus blocks distractions for you.
